HAZEL VER MOESEN (°2000) completed her master in Fine Arts at KASK in Ghent in 2024.

Her work consists of objects, mainly made from wood and steel. It is influenced by a ‘carpenting’ tradition, where materials and lacquer are important. Her use of shapes and colour is inspired by a collective nostalgia, architecture and day to day items and tools.

Haar werk bestaat uit objecten, voornamelijk gemaakt van hout en staal. Het is beïnvloed door een 'carpenting'-traditie, waarbij materialen en lak een belangrijke rol spelen. Haar gebruik van vormen en kleur is geïnspireerd door een collectieve nostalgie, architectuur en alledaagse voorwerpen en gereedschappen.
